Q1. How can I prove I am disabled?
You can upload a photo of your disability ID card or any documents proving you are mobility-impaired.
Q2. Can I book my companions luggage as well? Up to how many bags can I add?
You can add your companion’s luggage to your booking. There is no limit on the number of bags. Please note the relationship of your companion can be checked on site (e.g. family, friend, colleague, volunteer, etc.)
Q3. How do I modify my booking or add luggage?
Booking without any price changes can be modified by 3 hours before the ETD. To change the number of luggage, please cancel your exisiting booking and book again at least3 hours before the departure. Please contact us via KakaoTalk Channel (ID:goodlugg), if you want to change the number of luggage when your departure is less than 3 hours.
Q4. My flight was suddenly delayed/canceled on the day of departure. What should I do?
In case of unexpected circumstances such as flight cancellation on the day of departure, please contact us via KakaoTalk channel (ID:goodlugg) However, if you cannot use the service due to personal matters, it is considered as no-show and cannot be canceled or refunded.
