Yes, all departing airports/flights where the final destination is Incheon Airport are available. For connecting flights, please enter the flight number going to Incheon Airport, the final destination. Q2. How can I meet Goodlugg staff upon arrival at Incheon Airport?
Upon arrival at Incheon Airport, Goodlugg will email you regarding the meeting location. Goodlugg will pick up your baggage at the baggage claim and accompany you from the meeting location to customs declaration.
Q3. Are airline baggage fees included?
Airline baggage fees are charged by airlines and are not related to Goodlugg. You must pay directly to the airline.
Q4. Are there any restrictions on luggage size or type?
Available for all travel luggage: 2 prices by size - 28 inches and smaller/ over 28 inches (not available for Immigration bags, musical instruments or bicycles) Set-type carriers will be considered as two bags. (Small bags, such as shopping bags, also count as one each) Do not pack your passport and flight documents in your checked baggage.

Q1. How can I prove I am disabled?
You can upload a photo of your disability ID card or any documents proving you are mobility-impaired.
Q2. Can I book my companions luggage as well? Up to how many bags can I add?
You can add your companion’s luggage to your booking. There is no limit on the number of bags. Please note the relationship of your companion can be checked on site (e.g. family, friend, colleague, volunteer, etc.)
Q3. How do I modify my booking or add luggage?
Booking without any price changes can be modified by 3 hours before the ETD. To change the number of luggage, please cancel your exisiting booking and book again at least3 hours before the departure. Please contact us via KakaoTalk Channel (ID:goodlugg), if you want to change the number of luggage when your departure is less than 3 hours.
Q4. My flight was suddenly delayed/canceled on the day of departure. What should I do?
In case of unexpected circumstances such as flight cancellation on the day of departure, please contact us via KakaoTalk channel (ID:goodlugg) However, if you cannot use the service due to personal matters, it is considered as no-show and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Delivery
Q1. When can I receive my luggage?
For flights arriving at Incheon Airport before 16:00, luggage will be delivered by 22:00 on the same day. For flights arriving after 16:00, delivery will be completed by noon the next day.
Q2. How can I check if my bags were picked up at Incheon Airport and are moving as scheduled for delivery?
Goodlugg sends real-time notifications of delivery status when delivery starts at Incheon Airport and when luggage delivered to your final destination.
Damaged/Lost Baggage
Q1. What should I do if my luggage is damaged or lost?
Since Goodlugg uses dedicated vehicles for luggage delivery, there is less chance of damage or loss of your luggage. However, if you found any damages or loss during delivery, please contact Goodlugg via KakaoTalk Channel (ID: goodlugg) within 6 hours.
For external damage or loss of luggage during delivery, compensation is up to KRW 300,000 per bag or up to KRW 1,000,000 per customer.
Please note items inside your luggage cannot be compensated for damage or loss. Hence, we recommend not including fragile/expensive items or cash in your luggage.
*If you found any damages or loss of your luggage at the baggage claim of Incheon Airport, you should claim to the airline directly since it is the airlines responsibility.

In case of unexpected circumstances such as flight cancellation on the day of departure, please contact us via KakaoTalk channel (ID:goodlugg) However, if you cannot use the service due to personal matters, it is considered as no-show and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Delivery
Q1. When can I receive my luggage?
For flights arriving at Incheon Airport before 16:00, luggage will be delivered by 22:00 on the same day. For flights arriving after 16:00, delivery will be completed by noon the next day.
Q2. How can I check if my bags were picked up at Incheon Airport and are moving as scheduled for delivery?
Goodlugg sends real-time notifications of delivery status when delivery starts at Incheon Airport and when luggage delivered to your final destination.
Damaged/Lost Baggage
Q1. What should I do if my luggage is damaged or lost?
Since Goodlugg uses dedicated vehicles for luggage delivery, there is less chance of damage or loss of your luggage. However, if you found any damages or loss during delivery, please contact Goodlugg via KakaoTalk Channel (ID: goodlugg) within 6 hours.
For external damage or loss of luggage during delivery, compensation is up to KRW 300,000 per bag or up to KRW 1,000,000 per customer.
Please note items inside your luggage cannot be compensated for damage or loss. Hence, we recommend not including fragile/expensive items or cash in your luggage.
*If you found any damages or loss of your luggage at the baggage claim of Incheon Airport, you should claim to the airline directly since it is the airlines responsibility.
